What is your Return Policy?

At Machinex Works, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@machinexworks.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Supports 420°C Hotend

We are the first ones to introduce a 420°C high temperature nozzle to the 3D market. This kind of nozzle allows you to print with a variety of filaments. The nozzle height can also be micro adjusted. (Default support 260°C, contact us for 420°C.)

High Precision & High Speed

We exclusively researched and developed the extruder feeding system and guide rail, which supports high-speed printing. Its printing accuracy can reach up to 0.04mm, and it allows filament to extrude steadily without any block.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Stability

The whole-steel body not only ensures the stability when printing, but it also greatly extends the usage period. Its optimization and cooperation of overall structure ensures the sustainability and efficient operation. The first batch of CreatBot 3D printers have been working for 9 years and more than 30,000 hours.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fully Enclosed High-Temperature Chamber

Fully enclosed chamber can block all external interference and can reduce noise. Hot chamber can provide constant room temperature so that model won’t deform when printing.

 

 

 

 

Outage Restored & Filament Detection

The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save print data. Lower the platform and withdraw filament when power shuts off. It will continue to print from the last stopped point once the power is back on.

The printer will avoid invalid printing by stopping print and warning when filament runs out.

 

 

 

 

Touch Screen

All-English-menu touch screen which is easy to operate and friendly to use. One key to warm, one key to print as p-4 rounded-lg bg-light border and many other shortcut keys.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Efficient Platform & 150°C Hotbed

The hotbed is made of heatable aluminum PCB, which can be heated up to 150°C fast. The platform is attached with 3d printing stickers buildtak. Printed object can be stuck on the buildtak tightly and won’t get deformed.

 

 

 

 

Filament & Application

The standard F160 version is able to print PLA, ABS, Nylon, etc perfectly.

The F160-PEEK version applied to 3D printing of PEEK. We supply high quality PEEK filament as p-4 rounded-lg bg-light border, which requires 420°C extrusion temperature. The material has high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It can be used in aerospace, electronics, medical, machinery, automotive and other industries.
